Associate membership is intended for those that are manufactures, wholesalers, and suppliers or any business owned, controlled or affiliated with one of the previously mentioned businesses. Associate Members do not have a vote or may not hold office in the Association except for the selection of the Associate Member of the Board of Directors as shown in Article VI, whom shall have one vote on the Board of Directors.
