This membership is intended for time and labor management dealers. This business must be an independent retailer. A service department must be maintained for servicing time equipment, and supplies, equipment and repair parts must be carried in inventory. The business must have been in business for at least one year. Direct Members shall be the only members who have a vote in the Association or have the privilege of holding office. (See exception under Associate Members in the bylaws).
